The GVC Holdings PLC (“GVC”) annual report for the year ended 31 December 2015 and notice of the 2016 Annual General Meeting will be available on the GVC corporate website, www.gvc-plc.com from 9.00 a.m. on 30 April 2016, when they will also be posted to GVC’s shareholders.  GVC’s 2016 Annual General Meeting is scheduled to take place in the Isle of Man at 11.00 am on 24 May 2016.
