GVC Holdings PLC (AIM:GVC), the multinational sports betting and gaming group, is pleased to announce the following trading update ahead of its Annual General Meeting which is being held at 11 a.m. today in the Isle of Man.
Subject to the passing of resolution 3 at today’s AGM, shareholders on the register on 25 April 2014 will be paid 16 €cents (13.12551 pence) dividend per share on Monday 19 May 2014.
Net Gaming Revenue (“NGR”) in the 41 days of Q2-2014 from 1 April 2014 to 11 May 2014 has averaged €601k per day which was 8.1% higher than the previous quarter (Q1-2014: €556k), and 11% higher than the same period last year (Q2-2013: €542k). On a constant currency measure, Q2-2014 would have been €654k per day, 20% ahead of Q2-2013.
This clearly demonstrates that GVC is continuing to grow its revenues. This is especially true for the mobile product where the Gross Revenue per day is double that of last year at an average for Q2-2014 of €108k per day.

The Board is encouraged by the strong trading so far this year and is confident that current market expectations for the full year will be met.
The Group will issue a more detailed trading update to the market in the second week of July 2014, which is after the FIFA World Cup final and will cover H1 2014 trading.
