Announcement under Listing Rule 9.6.13R

In accordance with Rule 9.6.13R(1) of the Listing Rules of the UK Financial Conduct Authority, GVC hereby makes the following disclosures in respect of directorships of publicly quoted companies  currently held or held in the previous five years by Paul Bowtell, who became a director of the Company on 29 March 2018 following the completion of the acquisition by GVC of Ladbrokes Coral Group plc ("Ladbrokes Coral") (the "Acquisition").

Paul Bowtell was between June 2010 and May 2017 a non-executive director of Capita plc, which is listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

Paul Bowtell was also a director of SThree plc between November 2007 and April 2014, which is listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

In addition, Paul Bowtell was (and remains) a director of Ladbrokes Coral, which was listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange prior to the Acquisition and is a director of Ladbrokes Group Finance plc a listed and wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

There are no matters in respect of Mr. Bowtell requiring disclosure under UK Listing Rules 9.6.13(2) to 9.6.13(6) inclusive.

Mr Bowtell currently holds 265,290 ordinary shares in the capital of GVC.
