The Company’s Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.30 a.m. on Thursday 24 May 2012 at the IOM Business Centre, Capital House, Circular Road, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1AG.

The Board recognises that the location of the AGM might make attendance difficult for some of our shareholders. The Company therefore proposes to hold a separate investor meeting in London at 11 a.m. on Friday 25 May 2012 at the offices of Abchurch Communications at 125 Old Broad Street, London EC2. This meeting will provide an opportunity for our private shareholders to meet the executive team.
