Changes to the Membership of the Board Committees
Following the recent appointment to the GVC board of directors (“the Board”), GVC announces the following changes to the membership of the Board’s Audit, Nomination and CSR Committees:
Audit Committee: Jane Anscombe is appointed as a member of the Audit Committee and Virginia McDowell steps down as a member of the Committee.
Nomination Committee: Pierre Bouchut and Virginia McDowell are appointed as members of the Nomination Committee.
CSR Committee: David Satz is appointed as a member of the CSR Committee and Jane Anscombe steps down as a member of the Committee.
As a result of these changes which are effective immediately, the membership of these Committees is now as follows:
