Following the recent appointments to the GVC board of directors (“the Board”), GVC announces the following changes to the membership of the Board’s Audit, Nominations and Remuneration Committees:
Audit Committee: The appointment of Will Whitehorn who succeeds Peter Isola as a member.
Nominations Committee: The appointments of Jane Anscombe and Will Whitehorn who succeed Peter Isola and Stephen Morana as members.
Remuneration Committee: Karl Diacono steps down as a member of the Remuneration Committee having been succeeded by Jane Anscombe.
As a result of these changes which took effect on 20 June 2017, the membership of these committees is now as follows:
