Directors’ Dealings
Kenneth Alexander and Lee Feldman (the “Directors”) have exercised their options granted under the GVC 2015 Long Term Incentive Plan, which vested on 2 August 2017. As a result, the Directors acquired the following number of GVC ordinary shares of €0.01 each (“Shares”):
