The Company announces that Kenneth Alexander, Chief Executive, has today purchased 41,535 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of 415p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr. Alexander holds 212,0001 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.35 per cent. of the Company’s issued ordinary share capital.
