The Company announces that Richard Cooper, Group Finance Director, has today purchased 13,333 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of 413p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr. Cooper holds 15,0001 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the Company’s issued ordinary share capital.
