Whistleblowing

As a FTSE 100 company with big ambitions to be a world leader, we have a duty to meet the highest standards when it comes to corporate governance. Our policy complies with the EU Whistleblowing Directive and all applicable local legislation in the markets in which we operate.

Our whistleblowing service, appointed by the Audit Committee and managed by Internal Audit, is there for anyone to pass on information or raise concerns about past, present or likely future wrongdoing. We count on support from everyone, not only our employees, to report any breach of our Code of Conduct or tell us if they see behaviour that might be illegal or unethical. We can only investigate a possible breach if we know about it. This could be anything from criminal offences and illegal activity right the way through to endangering someone’s health and safety.

Our Whistleblowing Policy outlines the different methods you can use to raise a concern with us.
